Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to EvoTripX website visitors, travelers, family travelers, corporate travelers, travel partners, and users who submit enquiries, create quotations, shortlist tours, or use travel tools.

Use of Website & Services

EvoTripX provides tour information, travel planning tools, AI-assisted quotation drafts, package discovery, itinerary guidance, and booking coordination. Website content is for planning support and may change without notice.

Package Information & Pricing

Package prices shown on the website are starting estimates unless clearly confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on travel dates, traveler count, hotel category, route, flights, transfers, permits, activities, seasonal demand, taxes, and supplier availability.

AI Quotations & Estimates

AI-generated quotations, budget estimates, search results, and travel-tool outputs are indicative planning aids. A trip is valid for booking only after EvoTripX reviews the details, confirms availability, and shares final inclusions/exclusions in writing.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after availability confirmation, traveler acceptance of the final written quotation, and confirmation of supplier terms. Verbal discussions, website prices, or saved/shortlisted packages do not guarantee availability.

Payments

EvoTripX does not collect online payments through this website. Any booking payment instructions are shared separately after human review and written confirmation. Travelers should use only verified EvoTripX instructions and should never share OTPs, card PINs, or banking passwords.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for correct names, valid ID, passport, visa, permits, vaccination or health requirements, travel insurance decisions, punctuality, baggage, personal belongings, local law compliance, and informing EvoTripX about senior citizens, infants, medical needs, accessibility needs, or special requests before confirmation.

Changes By Traveler

Any change in dates, traveler count, room sharing, pickup point, hotel category, route, activity, flight, meal plan, or transport preference may change the price and availability. Supplier charges and fare differences may apply.

Third-Party Suppliers

Hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, activity vendors, cruise operators, visa partners, insurance providers, and other suppliers operate under their own rules. EvoTripX coordinates services but is not responsible for supplier-side delays, denials, service changes, operational restrictions, or policy decisions beyond its control.

Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, no-show cases, and unused-service claims are governed by the Refund & Cancellation policy and the supplier rules attached to the confirmed booking.

Website Forms & Tools

EvoTripX forms, quote tools, shortlists, calculators, and travel resources must be used lawfully. Misuse, false submissions, spam, or attempts to manipulate records may be restricted.

Limitation of Liability

EvoTripX will make reasonable efforts to support travelers, but it is not liable for losses caused by weather, road closures, airline disruption, supplier failure, government rules, strikes, force majeure, personal negligence, incorrect documents, medical issues, or events outside reasonable control.
